Our services may include inbound and outbound calls, lead qualification, appointment booking, customer support, follow-ups, call routing, transcripts, summaries, analytics, and integrations.

Features may vary depending on your selected plan and configuration.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and using your GrootVox account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• Protecting your login credentials
• All activity performed through your account
• Ensuring that authorized users follow these Terms
• Notifying us of any unauthorized account access

You must be legally permitted to use the services and must use GrootVox only for legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to use GrootVox to:

• Conduct illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Send spam or unauthorized automated communications
• Harass, threaten, or mislead individuals
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Violate privacy, telecommunications, marketing, or data-protection laws

GrootVox uses artificial intelligence to understand conversations and generate responses based on the instructions, workflows, and information provided by customers. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

You are responsible for:

• Configuring your AI agents correctly
• Providing accurate business information
• Reviewing and monitoring AI interactions when appropriate
• Ensuring that your AI agents are suitable for their intended purpose
• Complying with applicable laws when using automated communications

GrootVox does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or error-free.

Depending on your plan and settings, GrootVox may provide voice calls, call recording, transcription, and conversation summaries. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to:

• Call recording
• Caller notification and consent
• Automated calls
• Marketing communications
• Do-not-call requirements
• Privacy and data protection

You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or consent before recording or processing calls.

You retain ownership of the content and information you provide to GrootVox, including business information, customer information, recordings, transcripts, and other data (“Customer Data”).

You grant GrootVox permission to process Customer Data as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide Customer Data to GrootVox.

Certain GrootVox features require a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all applicable subscription or usage fees. Plans may include different features, usage limits, call minutes, agents, or other restrictions.

We may change pricing, plans, or features with reasonable notice where required. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

GrootVox may connect with third-party services such as CRM systems, calendars, APIs, communication tools, and other business applications. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

GrootVox is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

All GrootVox software, technology, website content, branding, designs, features, and materials are owned by or licensed to GrootVox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from GrootVox without prior written permission. You retain ownership of your Customer Data.

We work to keep GrootVox reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, telecommunications issues, third-party failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.

• Calls will always connect successfully
• Transcriptions will always be complete or accurate
• Third-party integrations will always function
• The platform will always be available
• The services will meet every specific business requirement

You are responsible for determining whether GrootVox is appropriate for your intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrootVox and its affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
• Create security or operational risks
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Violate applicable laws

You may stop using GrootVox at any time.

Your continued use of GrootVox after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
